What is Spinal Flow Technique?
It is a transformative touch-based therapy that releases blockages and stress from the spine. It facilitates healing via the nervous system.
It is extremely gentle. Light touch is used over areas of highly innervated nervous tissue called the dura mata. Most contact points are around the areas of the sacrum (lower spine) and the cranium (the skull).
The are absolutely NO contra-indications to this treatment.
A session is around 30-35 minutes and the entire time you are lying face-down. All clothes remain on, and you are asked to wear loose fitting, soft fabric pants/skirt for best access to the access points in the sacrum.
Should you not be able to lie face-down for whatever reason, then a side-lying, face-up or seated position can be used.
